This site living quarters meets the minimum requirements issued by the CARSAT.

Intended for personnel working on asbestos removal sites, lead treatment or any other building trade.

It has a rest area equipped with a fixed table and 4 wooden stools, a kitchen worktop with a stainless steel sink coupled with a foot pump and a 100 l water tank, 1 microwave oven and 1 refrigerator.

All furniture is custom-made by a carpenter using HPL laminated marine plywood, a rot-proof wood with a virtually scratch-proof coating.

The premises are equipped with 4 ventilated metal lockers with key locks as well as 220v sockets for charging mobile devices.

The ventilation of the rest area is achieved through a large ventilation grille on the entrance door as well as a skylight with mosquito net positioned on the ceiling, thus ensuring good air circulation.

A room with access from the outside is equipped with a chemical toilet.

The toilet can be connected to the water supply; it is equipped with a cassette that can be removed from the rear of the unit, allowing the contents to be discharged into toilets connected to the sewer system.

The room is perfectly ventilated thanks to the ventilation grille installed on the door and the skylight in the roof.

The UMR EVO BASE (3.15 m x 2 m interior / 4.5 m x 2 m exterior) is entirely constructed of extruded aluminum profiles and 30 mm sandwich panels (galvanized steel foam galvanized steel) which ensures good insulation against cold and heat.
